The post office always seems to struggle just to function. There were no priority labels only express labels. There's no note or sign or explanation.The post office guy simply shrugs. Okay , I'll just use the self service machine. Except it's out of order and the scale does not work.There's no note , no sign, nobody tells you. Congratulations the post office once again does not function.

called over 10 times over a few days because they kept sending my package from stamford to brooklyn to queens back to stamford and the out and back and out and back... its destination was the town next to stamford! this is crazy and they don't even answer the phone which at least could have allowed me to alert them and stop this. still have not received it and had to start a case

Veronica is the worst!!Very rude. She seems like she owns the post office, every single time I come here and she’s the one helping me she always treated me badly, it’s like she’s always mad. What’s her problem? That’s not how you treat customers, hope u don’t get treated the same way. The other 2 staff are wonderful except this rude unpleasant personality Veronica. Bad customer service is all she got. Don’t even deserve 1 star.

I wish all post offices had a guy like Jose working there. He is super friendly, fast, and very efficient—everything you want in a post office. A positive attitude has a significant impact on the community and the customer. New Canaan is lucky to have Jose meeting our postal needs. Thanks for your positive energy, Jose!

the only reason i knocked off a star is because they are clearly understaffed. there is only one person at the counter at all times even if there’s a line of 13 ppl. the staff is so nice but they seem to need a lot more help.

The New Canaan post office is the absolute best. I am always met with a smile and a willingness to help in whatever way possible. It is a pleasure doing business there.

This post office is extremely professional, very personable and do everything to make your experience a good one. I'm amazed by the negative reviews of mail getting lost and it being blamed on them specifically. Do the people giving those reviews have any idea of how huge the mail system is and how many other places are involved after it leaves this destination? People need to come out from under their rocks a little bit more this place is literally one of the best post offices I have ever dealt with in my entire life.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!They delivered my package in South Korea and it was supposed to be in Brazil!!! Like how?!No one have an answer for me!

Great post office. Michael and the others were great suffering cold in a van to keep service during the transition from the old office to the new one. New one is very nice, neat, in good repair. Do miss the couch and chairs in the old office-- useful for seniors

I won't send anything from this branch anymore. I sent a $7 Christmas card from there with extra postage and it never arrived to it's destination. Very disappointed.
