We couldn't figure out how to update my daugther's iPhone. She and I went into the store at 630 on a Saturday. Jack helped us, but it took nearly an hour to get things sorted. The store closed at 7pm but he stayed to get things fixed for her. He went way above and beyond what needed to be done. Thank you, Jack!
