“Great products and outstanding customer service.I purchased one of their metal security doors for a secure room in my house. It arrived on a pallet secure in it's cardboard packaging, well packaged between two sections of plywood for protection. After opening it up, not a scratch on it. The primary trucking company transferred it to a local delivery company for final delivery (a smaller truck with a lift gate). With their pallet jack, the driver was able to manauver it safely down my paved driveway and into the garage. My door and frame weighed approximately 225 pounds.My contractor installed it yesterday, anchoring it as recommended in the installation video. He has installed a lot of doors over his career and was very impressed with the door, frame, and locking system. His comment was someone would have an easier time going through my concrete basement walls, than through this door system.I am very satisfied with this product. So much so, I placed an order today for a second door for another part of my house. Wanting to have them keyed the same, their customer service (shout out to Anthony) guided me through ordering to make that happen, and he answered my questions on the lock upgrade.Again, great product and outstanding customer service!”

“In 2004 my wife and I were looking for high quality cabinet hardware for our new kitchen cabinets and decided to go with Colonial Bronze series 192 knobs and series 722 handles in oil rubbed bronze Finish for Life. Now 17 years later, we still like the hardware but some of the most used pieces had developed some minor but noticeable tarnish issues. After a few emails back and forth, Colonial Bronze offered to refinish at no cost to me all 28 that I had purchased so there would be no shade variations between any of them. It only took 9 days from the time I shipped them to get them back done and they look great! Not only did Colonial Bronze honor without issue their product warranty they also provided excellent customer support. You definitely will continue to have me as a customer and I will recommend you to others as well. A special thank you to Kyle Copes at Colonial Bronze who managed my service request.”
