“I cannot recommend this body shop enough! They have fixed my car after two different accidents, and both times they managed to make it look absolutely brand new with zero scratches left behind. Joe and Jen were incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. The second time around, the insurance company of the person who hit me was absolute hell to work with, but Joe and Jen were so knowledgeable and handled everything flawlessly to take the stress off my shoulders. If you want high-quality repairs and an amazing team that truly knows their stuff, this is the place to go!”

“A family member asked me to post a review because they are not on the web. This auto repair shop did an amazing job repairing a 2017 Lexus RX 350. Several quotes were received to do the job. This business was by far the best price and aabout half the price of some of the overpriced establishments who advertise on TV. Dave who runs this business is a gentleman and very honest, trustworthy, and a man of this word. The repair is flawless to say the least. If you have an accident and want to price out more than one quote, this may be a very good decision after a collision?”

“My daughters back window lock mechanism broke on her Jeep Liberty. Jeep dealership told her $500 to fix it without really looking at it and so I started looking for other options. I reached out to Two Cousins based on some reviews and got Rich who told me to have her bring it in. He was working hard on another project and he stopped, worked on her lock for 10 minutes and fixed it!!! He didn't charge my daughter and was so respectful and kind with her. This kind of customer service is almost non existent these days. I couldn't be happier with Two Cousins and their talented knowledgeable and friendly staff! THANK YOU!!!”

“Devin & Al took great care of me and my new 2026 Prius Plugin Hybrid. A fender bender could have been a headache but not only was Devin insightful, the shop repaired the damage and restored my car to “what it should be”. They even repaired an eyesore gauge in the solar panel! No notes on the work. It took some time due to the insurance claim adjustment but good things come to those who wait. Would 100% recommend A1 Toyota. As long as you have the insurance to cover the repairs as they use 100% genuine Toyota parts. GEICO has a great relationship with them, performed the adjustment on site and paid the claim to A1 without any issues. Thanks again!”

“Stuck 8n New Haven with a blown brake line hours before the storm and no one wanted to help or tell my vehicle. Joe and Benny went out of their way to help me when I was in a pickle. Benny The owner even invited me to stop by sometime when I'm done with one of my veterans administration appointments down the road. I live in Torrington and I got the local treatment as they say. If you're in a jam with your car and you need a tow consider them before some of the other folks.”
