This business was by far the best price and aabout half the price of some of the overpriced establishments who advertise on TV. Dave who runs this business is a gentleman and very honest, trustworthy, and a man of this word. “Stuck 8n New Haven with a blown brake line hours before the storm and no one wanted to help or tell my vehicle. Joe and Benny went out of their way to help me when I was in a pickle. Benny The owner even invited me to stop by sometime when I'm done with one of my veterans administration appointments down the road. I live in Torrington and I got the local treatment as they say. If you're in a jam with your car and you need a tow consider them before some of the other folks.”

A fender bender could have been a headache but not only was Devin insightful, the shop repaired the damage and restored my car to “what it should be”. They even repaired an eyesore gauge in the solar panel! No notes on the work. It took some time due to the insurance claim adjustment but good things come to those who wait. Would 100% recommend A1 Toyota. As long as you have the insurance to cover the repairs as they use 100% genuine Toyota parts. GEICO has a great relationship with them, performed the adjustment on site and paid the claim to A1 without any issues. Thanks again!”
