“I had an excellent experience bringing my car to Coachworks of West Haven. Scott, one of the owners, was very professional but friendly when I bought my car in for an estimate after I was hit in a parking lot. The casing of one of my taillights was completely broken and I was concerned about it getting wet if it rained and shorting out the turn signal and brake light. I mentioned this to Scott after he told me it would take about a week to get in for the repair and he immediately offered to cover it for me with a self-sticking plastic that they use for broken windshields. It was such a kind gesture and made me stop worrying about the potential for electrical damage.The work they did is absolute perfection...you would never be able to tell that it was in an accident and the actual cost was the same as the quote they had given me at the start and in the promised time frame. I highly, highly recommend Coachworks for making my car as good as new. Thank you!”
