“What a wonderful experience! It is hard to find good, reliable people these days. I can say with full confidence that Bobby is a kind, hardworking and honest individual. I had the great misfortune of purchasing a used vehicle that blew it's engine just two months into my owning it. Luckily, I had bought an extended car warranty (they're real!). I struggled to find a shop that would work with the warranty because they are difficult to work with. Bobby was totally upfront and honest with me the first time I ever spoke to him. He told me he wasn't sure he could do the work, but even so he was willing to help guide me through the process. As luck would have it, Bobby was able to do the work. This was not an easy process, but Bobby kept me informed and up to date on what was going on with my car. The dealership that I bought the car from wouldn't even begin the work on my car until 2 months from the time of the issue. Bobby had it done in a month. He was understanding and sympathetic to my situation (a mom to 2 young boys) and I know he worked hard to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend York Auto enough. I will be returning for any and all future car needs.”

I got into a fender bender and within a short period of time, I got a new rear bumper, and a dent that was in my front bumper when i purchased my car, they fixed that as well which i was not expecting them to do so. (Beyond thankful for that) When I picked up my car, it was like new! Had a new car smell and was fresh and clean! Highly recommend!
