Walgreens in New Haven offers a convenient location with easy access and ample parking. Customers can refill prescriptions, shop for health and beauty products, and print photos. The store is generally clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff who are responsive and helpful. However, the shelves are often only semi-stocked, and the store sometimes experiences long lines, likely due to being understaffed. While the late-night staff is appreciated, some employees appear unenthusiastic or rude. The store's management is praised for helpfulness, as seen when they assisted a customer with a towing issue. Security is present on-site, especially at night, adding a sense of safety. Despite some issues with stock levels and staff availability, Walgreens remains a useful and accessible store in the area. With better management and stocking, it has the potential to improve and regain its full efficiency as a go-to spot for everyday needs.
The worst Walgreens you can ever go to. The two ladies working there are extremely rude and lazy. They don’t want to work at all. The registers are always unattended. Go to CVS in New Haven, 1000X better than this store.
