There is plenty of parking available.With the right management, this store could come back to its former glory. Considering its proximity to downtown New Haven, it is a gem waiting to be rejuvenated with the proper, prompt attention.”

“I usually use Hancock pharmacy but because they were out of stock on a medication that I needed I was referred to Visels Pharmacy and they were kind courteous and professional. I like using smaller pharmacies rather than franchised pharmacies because they treat you like a person. They are my choice if ever in a jam again. “Been my farmacy for over 8 years now they do delivery any where in ct and wow they are open 7 days a week very reliable 9 to 7 pm and really make sure your prescriptions are ready and have a variety of home items. “They have been very cooperative with mailing our prescriptions during the COVID mess. Have been an excellent place for flu shots and they helped me search for a lower priced medication to replace a pricey one. Their text system for alerting you to an upcoming refill was great. I say "was" because the only problem I have had is that once, I accidentally tapped "Stop" in reply to a text from them, and I was removed from the list. Five different people have said they added me back, but I am, sadly, not back. This has been going on for about a year.”

“When it comes to places like Walgreens I guess you can expect bad ratings because people aren't usually inspired to rate a Walgreens unless they had a bad experience from it. But I personally think it's a wonderful Walgreens and ai have no complaints. Staff often have no business being that nice and receptive to customers, even when customers are being a pain in the a***”
