“This store is my primary store for a quick bite to eat. They have been good since they opened the deli. The only thing I don't like is when they have different people preparing the food, and some don't know what they're doing. The team they had in the beginning was great, but now, I only go when Ali is behind the counter or that new girl.”
“Good little market for many different items, snacks, drinks, and last minute items. It is open until 10pm which is also great. Some items are pricy since it is a convenience store. They serve sandwich’s as well. I am not a big fan of them but I see a lot of people order. As always with any convenient marts always check expiration dates.”

“I remember months ago I was supposed to meet up with someone near by and they flaked after the good man in the store allowed me to contact my host by charging my phone. I told myself I'd come back and purchase. Today was the day I came in and met the kindest owner and the calmest energy ever. Super kind smile and very generous. I got myself a grinder and blueberry white arizona tea which my other friend reminded me to have again because it used to be my go to drink. I also am porkfree which halal is approved via this very store. And it's brown owned. It smells good in the store and everything was affordable. I'll be back for that graham cracker ice cream and lunch or and dinner again. This might even be a good date spot if you want to grab food to go. Only suggestion is more hours and a seating area because it's a vibe nonetheless. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!! I had funyuns in my grinder ???”

“I usually don't write reviews on convenience stores, but they make some slamming Fried Chicken. I went to my daughter's track meet at the school in New Haven, Connecticut a while ago, and I wanted something to snack on. I asked someone on the street if there was a store in the area and they pointed me to this store. Now I'm going to be honest, it's not the best area in New Haven, Connecticut but sometimes the best food are in holes in the wallI, or in the hood . I was just going to get some chips but I seen they were selling wings and I wanted to try them out. I was a little concerned about the wings because they were big wings and the last time I ordered wings that big from an establishment, they were not cooked all the way through. As I walking back towards the school, I took a bite of the chicken and OH MY GOD!!! You're talking about flavors that were just dancing on my tongue. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the flavors were delicious, and that crunch was out of this world. I had to write this review because I had to tell someone!! lol. The wings are a dollar a piece and honestly I've been here a couple late nights.”

“We went in for a coffee and we were greeted by the manager who was so amazingly friendly it's so clean the cofffee was so good and it was actually green mountain coffee and it was extremely clean and then we got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. It was amazing quality of food unreal not ur typical gas station it's 100% better. Will def recommend and keep going there to support .10 out of 10 !!!”

The Corner Store is honestly worth going out of your way for. I’ve walked past a few other stores just to come here because the customer service is that good. They really treat you with respect and make you feel comfortable every time.
They might not always have everything you’re looking for, but the way they treat people makes up for it. Especially in this area where some stores overcharge and don’t even give receipts and expired goods and that’s frustrating. I’ve personally been overcharged before at another store nearby (a $5 order turned into $15), and then had to go back and argue about it, which shouldn’t even happen. At this Corner Store, you don’t have to deal with that. Everything is straightforward, fair, and honest. That alone keeps me coming back. Good customer service really goes a long way, and they definitely get that right.”
“Friendly little neighborhood store with about the range of products you'd expect to find at a similarly sized deli -- but Mexican! If you're looking for a full carniceria and panaderia, this is not that -- try the C-Town in Fairhaven. This is the store where after you bought your taco meat at the butcher down the block, here you're going to get your tortillas (the blue corn ones are magnificent), your spices, and some beans. There is a small refrigerated section that I think has cheese. If you want lettuce and such, haul yourself around the block to one of the delis on Orange Street. There's a freezer up front with paletas, which in summer is extremely welcome. There are lots of snacks, including a wide range of Bimbo pastries in two-packs, compact but comparable in usefulness to QT in Arizona. (These are the Mexican Twinkie-equivalent and so much better.) It's equivalent in size and scope to the Asian markets on the same street, so if this is your moment for making Korean-fusion tacos, State Street is where to do it.”

You can get almost anything you need in a pinch, and the markup from a supermarket isn't bad at all. Truly convenient. This store carries, among other things, the following: -Eggs -Milk -Bacon -Hot Dogs -Onions -Ginger -Mexican tomatillos (Stop&Shop doesn't even have these!) -Toilet paper -Paper towels -Soda -Birthday candles -Pet food -Sauces, spices, and condiments Basically anytime I'm in a pinch and realize I've run out of some basic household necessity, Chapel Mini Mart is there to save the day and inevitably has what I need. $10 minimum for credit card.”
