“I have been banking exclusively with NFCU since 1986 and haven't changed banks because besides having great products, the customer service is exceptional. I have had fraudulent charges that NFCU alerted me to and took care of everything. I have financed 7 different new and used vehicles over the years and only once did I get a better interest rate from the dealership. That is 875 batting average for my bank. There are some opportunities for in person banking at different locations, but the online experience including the NFCU App is so simplistic and user friendly that even my computer illiterate elderly father could easily navigate ?.”
