“jose is an amazing body shop owner . he has worked on a few of my cars . just recently I got into an accident and it was towed to another body shop on the scene. well they were trying to get my title and saying that the car couldn't be fixed whatsoever at all, that it was totaled . anyways, Jose took in my car right away. my car was a disaster . and it was A LOT of work but he did it ,and he brought it back to new. he is going to give you the best price he absolutely can . jose is a great guy and so are the workers. I can't recommend this business enough!!”

“Don't trust your car to anyone else! I found this shop thru a desperate Google search, back in Nov-Dec 2023, when all the shops my insurance company directed me to were booked well into the New Year! They had a higher rating than just about every other garage within a 25 mile search area.
So I called Absolute Auto Body and they took my car the next day. I am so glad they were able to fit me in! This shop does high quality work, pays their employees a fair wage, and they use only high quality replacement parts! In addition to the cosmetic repairs, they also found some structural damage my insurance adjustor missed, and my insurance company agreed to pay for those additional repairs! My car is now safer, and it looks brand new! Since then, I've found (by remarks from local friends), that I actually chose one of the best body shops in the New London area! Owners Mike and Danielle are fair, honest, and a pleasure to do business with! They keep you updated on the status of the repair, and it was completed in a timely manner!
If you need collision repair work, don't waste your time with the insurance companies' "direct repair centers!" I highly recommend you call Absolute Auto Body FIRST! You'll be glad you did! I know I certainly am!”

“Genius that I am, I locked myself out of my car and left both sets of keys and fobs and my cellphone in the car. On a Saturday morning, I was fortunate that a real live person at Columbus Sq Auto answered my call from someone else's cellphone. The gentleman at Columbus Square Auto said he would arrive in 15 or 20 minutes, and in 15 minutes there he was in his tow truck! “I want to thank Rich, Sr & Jr, and Crew for putting my car back together after a pretty serious rear-end collision, they were concerned about the safety of the car and sent it to the dealer to have the ABS system calibrated and Rich senior drove it to Mystic and back to make sure it was all right. I drove it back to NY and I feel it drives better than before and it looks great, you can't even tell it was in an accident,
and it needed A LOT of work, hood, front bumper, lights, A/C, radiator, ABS etc. Thanks again all for getting my Blue Charger back on the road and as good as new, I really appreciate all you've done to make this bad situation as easy as possible.
