As someone who values great customer service I appreciate that he took the time and found the last Mikita charger on the opposite end of the store. Went to the lawn and garden area to try to locate something to cover my porch plants with for the winter to keep them protected. The employee that helped me out was very friendly and went above and beyond in helping me to find the material that would fit my need.
