“I'm very happy with my print order today. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable. I placed an order with concern because it was a little different from the last time I had ordered. This order came out better and more professional than before. I'm very happy.”

“Amazon returns are super easy here. You don’t need a shipping box, just the item in its original packaging and the QR code that you get from Amazon when starting a return, you can either just have them scan it on your phone or print it at home and bring it with you. They label it and put it in a bin to be sent back. Then check your phone and it should register as refund in progress. No sweat. Just make sure you get a receipt.”

“We operate multiple local businesses, including Create A Castle, which means we’re dropping off hundreds of boxes every single week during peak season. Handling high-volume shipping can easily become a headache, but this team makes it completely seamless. They are remarkably efficient, unbelievably friendly, and handle our heavy daily volume with zero issues. Every scan is accurate, the drop-offs are always smooth, and their positive energy makes working with them an absolute pleasure. If you run a business or just need reliable, hassle-free shipping in town, this is hands down the best crew to work with. Couldn’t ask for a better local UPS shipping partner in New Milford!”
