“My task was to digitize old, somewhat curled up World War II pictures my father had taken as a B-17 pilot based in England. The pictures had been grouped into various categories and some of the photos had notations on the back. One of the reasons for having the pictures digitized was to be able to upload them to a website dedicated to the B-17 .My contact at Joseph Merritt was Rosemary Cairo. Her knowledge, expertise and thoroughness made the process uncomplicated and smooth.Before proceeding with the project she emailed copies of how the photos would appear and the cost to do the work.She kept the photos in their categories, paired the photos with their notes on the back when needed and offered options to enhance the quality of the images. Once completed Rosemary made them available on line for downloading and on memory sticks.Joseph Merritt in general and Rosemary in particular did a wonderful job and I am grateful for that.Sincerely,Peter Thompson”

I was looking for someone to do a print on a tshirt for mothers day. on the Friday two days before mothers day I walk into this establishment and ask if it can be done. He told me a time and how long it would take him. I could do it, the time wasn't good for me due to work and commitments I had. Look story short the owner had my tshirt ready in 30 minutes perfected the design I had set up and planned to have on tshirt! And wow!!! What an amazing outcome!! The tshirt and the design is awesome!! I'm so excited! My wife is going to love it!!! He fit me in even though he had other projects in the works!!! Bruh!!!! God bless thus establishment!!!! “I am very impressed with how the staff and manager handled my lamination issue. A big calendar was not laminated properly so the manager insisted on copying it and laminating properly. They refunded my money and even gave me a $10 dollar coupon for next time. This is what I call top notch management. They know how to make people satisfied and put in the effort to make things right.
