Got a text message and was checked in with a click and didn't even have to use the kiosk. I sat down for barely a minute and was promptly called in. I shared my concerns as an adult with a fear of needles and Greyson (please forgive me if I dont recall his name, but he was a sweet older gentleman absolutely radiating with positive energy!) And he was super reassuring and kind. Simply put, easiest and best experience getting blood work done. Went in super anxious, left smiling and laughing!”

Avery was the person who did the paperwork and draw the blood. She was friendly and the needle pain was minimum. I definitely would use them again.”

“Jessica who works at Quest 85 seymour street is great! Not only is she nice and easy to talk to she luvs her job and it shows! She takes the time to help others in need of assistance with the check in machine with a smile even though she's got a room full. She's quick!! When I had Bloodwork done I happened to look over and she was putting on the bandage! I didn't feel a thing. She knows what shes doing thats for sure! I'd be happy to have someone like Jessica as an employee of mine. She really deserves 5 + ★★★★★s”

“I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to Alvana and Jenn, who assisted my son at the West Hartford Quest office located at 970 Farmington Ave, West Hartford, Connecticut, on May 18th. My son has profound autism and is nonverbal. He is extremely fearful of needles and blood tests have always been a huge challenge.
On the morning of May 18th, we visited the Quest office at the West Hartford center. Initially, my son was very anxious and uncooperative. Alvana and Jenn were incredibly patient and understanding. “Yahaira truly went above and beyond for me. She's the first phlebotomist to get my blood taken within 5 mins. Usually it takes multiple people and between 45 minutes to an hour or have to make multiple trips. It took her the first try instantly. Didn't hurt at all(usually does). She was so sweet. Explained everything carefully. Made sure I was comfortable and okay the whole time as she knew i was nervous. She deserves a raise!”

“It was very quick and efficient I made my appointment online I click the link once I was in the parking lot my appointment was for 9:50 a.m. and I pulled in the parking lot at 9:50 a.m. and they called me within 5 minutes all in all it was quick easy and painless!”
