“I had to get bloodwork done and my phlebotomists were incredible. I have a history of fainting (which happened at my visit) and they handled that with care, knew what to do, and helped me through it. They didn't rush me, made sure I was okay to leave, understanding, empathetic. I wish I got their names but I hope they know how much I appreciate their care.”
“I rarely leave reviews, but this was worth it!
Got a text message and was checked in with a click and didn't even have to use the kiosk. I sat down for barely a minute and was promptly called in. I shared my concerns as an adult with a fear of needles and Greyson (please forgive me if I dont recall his name, but he was a sweet older gentleman absolutely radiating with positive energy!) And he was super reassuring and kind. Simply put, easiest and best experience getting blood work done. Went in super anxious, left smiling and laughing!”

“My phlebotomist was amazing. There were questions about my insurance covering the tests drawn. She took the time to call my PCP and work everything out. She also did a great draw!”
“It is such an easy process to make an appointment and there is no one who makes it easier to check in than your facility! No matter which Quest I have gone to, the expertise and friendless is just great! All your technicians are very skilled!”
“I was called in 6 minutes after my appointment time which I consider to be reasonable. The phlebotomist was efficient, skilled, and kind. I would recommend this location.”

“In at 11:50, out at 12:02 on a Friday. Reading these reviews I was ready to camp out in the waiting room for an hour+ while they close for lunch.
Pleasantly surprised, quick painless service.
Just goes to show how it's usually the unhappy people who bother leaving a review while everyone else just gets on with their life.”

“I had a great experience getting routine bloodwork done, here... which is saying something. I was a walk-in, and the whole process was quick and easy -- zero wait time! Kudos to Liana for the smooth experience!
Note: They take lunch from 11am-12pm, so try to get checked in before 10:30am, if you plan to go in the morning. Otherwise, their system gives you an appointment at 12pm. They use a self check-in device, which was very easy to use. But, it doesn't tell you your appointment time... this could cause issues if there's a wait.
Also... Kensington Market is across the street, so you can swing by there after fasting.”
“Very professional, organized, clean, client welcoming environment.
Jess, the phlebotomist who collected my bloodsample, is exceptionally skilled and compassionate. Very positive experience”
“They were great. I was in and out. You NEED to make an appointment online. 7 people were waiting in there when I arrived. They took me before all of them because I scheduled an appt online. In and out 15min. Some people will be waiting an hour. But that’s the way it goes 🤷♂”

“I hesitated to use this lab for my physical blood work after seeing the negative reviews. But it was just right down the street, so I went there on an impulse and I was glad. Avery was the person who did the paperwork and draw the blood. She was friendly and the needle pain was minimum. I definitely would use them again.”
“Great location. Safe and easy parking in a town owned and maintained lot adjacent to the service center building. Starbucks walking distance to get coffee after a fasting blood draw.”
“The Western Blvd location was clean. I was taken immediately with little wait. My phlebotomist was professional and kind. I highly recommend this location. I went on a Wednesday morning.”

“Excellent customer service!!!! The Phlebotomy Representatives are very professional, proficient and gentle with performing your testing!! I urge and encourage people to take the time and make a appointment to go smoothly! The online appointment process is smooth and easy as well, you’ll get a confirmation text, email with your appointment information to easily sign in when you arrive 😉”
“Yahaira truly went above and beyond for me. She's the first phlebotomist to get my blood taken within 5 mins. Usually it takes multiple people and between 45 minutes to an hour or have to make multiple trips. It took her the first try instantly. Didn't hurt at all(usually does). She was so sweet. Explained everything carefully. Made sure I was comfortable and okay the whole time as she knew i was nervous. She deserves a raise!”
“Made a Monday appointment at 11:30. Arrived at 11:20. Was out at 11:30!
What an easy process. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and that’s the fastest I’ve ever been in and out for blood work.”
“just left quest this afternoon 7/2 where I dropped off my urine sample. (had 24 hours to return container after a blood test yesterday. was told by my quest employee yesterday (her young child shares my 3/3 birthday) that I didn't need appointment to drop off urine today. Quest closed tomorrow, Friday, for July 4th weekend so had to drop off by 4 p.m. closing. When I arrived the office empty (an 80-something-year-old lady and her daughter arrived a couple minutes later.) I arrived at 3:07 (without an appointment and was told by a female and male Quest employee I needed an appointment to drop off urine. I told her the Quest employee yesterday said I didn't one and told yesterday's Quest worker even showed me how to use the office computer. Today's quest employee asked what was the employee's name and that they were booked the last hour - she then turned her attention to the two women who admitted they also didn't have an appointment and pleaded to be seen so they elderly mother could give blood. the Quest employee again told them they had to make an appointment and return another day, even though the office was still empty. The female Quest employee later agreed to take my urine sample and I left as the Quest employee again told the two women that they needed to make an appointment. I'm thinking later what type of training does Mr. - or Mrs. Quest give its employees and what kind of inflexible policy does this company enforce? No compassion or no loosening of the Quest rules? Instead two - probably longtime - customers, are told they have to return another day because they didn't follow the proper protocol. (the office is still empty) I left my urine bottle behind as well as a frustrated daughter and mother who had trudged through a 100-degree day only fail the Quest test. (Wish I could include a picture of my urine bottle...)”
“Quest is very professional new technologies out there they ask questions how to work it. The best of their knowledge is scary. They’re good. Treat you really good and professional.”
