“I spoke with Claudia of Customer Service/HOP Energy. I had two areas of questions. First, I recently enrolled in paperless billing and wanted to know the process of paying my invoices. Second, I had received an email in my spam folder from DocuSign that I thought might be the executed contract of my new Price Cap Plan but nowhere was HOP or Valley Oil identified. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. She walked me through the payment process. She asked me questions about the DocuSign email which turned out to be legitimate but nonetheless emailed me another contract directly from HOP and waited patiently while I signed it. It was a pleasure working with her.”
“These guys are great they service my work site they come by fill up all my machines the delivery driver is awesome never complains comes by very frequently to the point most times I don't even have to leave the pile to go fill up my machine he comes by so often and when I change sites I need a delivery they come by the very next day if I could give six stars I would”

“This company is great! I only became a customer in August, but the transition was easy and the people in the office were so helpful. Customer service and service technicians are awesome! I had an emergency furnace issue today, no heat or hot water. I got a call back within minutes, and a technician was there within the half hour. The service was done neatly, the technician - I am so bummed that I don't remember his name - was so helpful, informative and efficient. 5+ stars!!”
“I didn't expect to give them a 5 star, but their truck stopped on our hilly street and delivered them on our long gravel driveway and picked them up. Without getting wordy, the uboxes were stored for 6 months and the contents were dry and undamaged when we unloaded them 1800 miles later. No issues whatsoever.....I hope future moves go this well. Shipping price was as quoted...Thanks UHaul.......Andy”
