“Ordered a Jellycat online that was very difficult to find anywhere else. I figured there was a chance they didn’t have it in stock anymore, but I gave it a shot. Within a few days of placing my order, they refunded my payment and sent me an email explaining the item was discontinued and out of stock. The promptness of the refund and the gesture of the email were both so wonderful! Incredible customer service and clearly reliable for online orders. :-)”

“Pemberley has been one of my favorite places to stop in town. Shopping here never feels like second-hand because Leslie is diligent in only taking pieces that are in excellent condition or new. Most of the items I have purchased have been new with tags, which is a huge plus! Leslie offers wonderful service and is friendly to chat with when browsing the racks. She also offers online virtual shopping several times a week which is fun. They are new arrivals that you can see before they reach the racks and there is always something fun! From jewelry to purses, shirts and dresses, there is always something new and I almost never walk out without finding something I need/want.”

“I stopped into CathyB’s on a hunch based on the clothes displayed on their sidewalk in front of the store. They had a lot of nice items, but what caught my attention was this wrap for my wife. “I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Southbury, CT Chico’s. The sales staff was friendly, professional, and most importantly helpful! They helped me try a variety of sizes and also ordered the size I needed in the color and style that I wanted it. While I was there some “regulars” came in based on how they were acknowledged by name, which added to the overall positive feeling of shopping there. The store was orderly and clean. I will definitely be back!”

“I will never forget around the summer of 2021, approximately, when things were getting back to normal, somewhat, this store stood out for a major reason. While all other businesses were sporting all types of warning signs with rules and regulations (and not enforcing them, by the way), Old Navy had a wonderful sign that simply said "All Are Welcome". God bless you, Old Navy for not giving into the nonsense”

“Best bralettes anywhere. That should be enough to start a stampede. But Yelp wanted more words. Bralettes that work are hard to find. Tiny Shen has a handful of useful styles and colors every season. Their bralette philosophy is, "why suffer?" The shop has other useful basics, too. I've been shopping here for years.”
