“I needed to test my water, the raw and the treated (which is free by the way) so I can add the correct media. They were very friendly and helpful. They know their stuff. I knew that if I have any future problems or issues that I would definitely come back or simply call. Summer and Chris were awesome, highly recommend this company. Great job guys and thanks 😊”

“I don't often have to go to a hardware store but when I do, I find myself coming here. I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful. Being a smaller size store you seem to get much more personalized help than the big hardware stores.”

“This is your standard, excellent hardware/equipment store. All the items are where the website says they are. Customer service has always been great and reasonable. I've done returns and warranty replacements with no issue. One time, they even helped me carry out a heavy shelving box to my car.”

“I stopped in today, while inside the skies unleashed, it was crazy! Unfortunately, I bought some bags of concrete and I had to drive around to have them loaded. The poor young man was a drowned rat but as pleasant and helpful as could be! He even apologized for the rain! Love hometown local stores! From the manager on down these folks are the best!!”

“A very positive lavatorial experience! Upon entry, the toilet paper was neatly set up as if in a five star hotel, the state of the art soap dispensers were operational as with the blow drier. Sink was clean, as well as the floors. There was even a drainage pipe in the floor for urine overflow! The only blemish was the pair of hairs I found on the toilet seat. I recomend this proffesional restroom for all situations 👍”

“I called to rent a niche tool that Matthew got shipped in from another store for me at no additional cost. When plans changed and I had to cancel my rental, it took me about 20 seconds on the phone with Rick to get a 100% refund for my deposit, despite having it on hold for me for the weekend and the following day.Didn’t use their tools, but they clearly treat their customers right. They’ve earned my business.”

“I stopped at tractor supply 1st on the Sunday at 5:30p when I had a water sediment filter failure at home during a normal element change and general check of the plumbing around it. My next stop WOULD HAVE BEEN the other big box hardware store. That is, if tractor supply didnt have the filter setup there, in stock, on the shelf. Exact fit! Tractor supply has so much to offer during an emergency fix trip for jobs at home. 70 bucks and I was back having water that night for showers and dinner. We also got a big mineral/ salt lick impulse buy for the deer that passes through my backyard!”
