The only thing I would say is that it continues to get more expensive. there is one bright spot though, and she helps at check outs.. she's always friendly and upbeat and going out of her way. She's amazing and I don't even know her name.”

“I like this place for getting a healthy lunch when I'm out on the road. They have a salad bar and some times I just get some carrot sticks and hard boiled eggs for lunch. Sometimes I get a kombucha. I'm trying to re-engineer my gut micro biome. I used to get a dollar chicken sandwich and Diet Coke from Wendy's. This is much better for me. They also have some hot prepared food. Last time I got some cooked vegetables in a balsamic sauce and a bit of chicken with curry flavor and red peppers. It's very healthy, lots of vegetables and not very expensive at all. I also like that it's quiet and not crowded like Whole Foods. It's a quick in-and-out and the guys at the register are pleasant.”

I was a little distraught due to the service I had received at another bakery, and my Request was a little spur of the moment. Ms. Catherine took care of me and accommodated me. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be a returning customer due to the service I received today.”

Usually can find a deal on some sort of protein to make for a meal, helps if you are flexible. Some interesting German goods from time to time. Found some keto friendly protein puffs I've never seen before, going to be a interesting try.”
