“Great service and they made both my cars like new. Worth every penny. My leather seats were stained with sunscreen but they look new now. They got into every crack and crevice. The outside was buffed to perfection. I will definitely bring my cars back in the future.”

“My car looked better than the day I drove it off the dealership! I’ve been ashamed to have people ride in my car for a while now because the seats were so stained , I brought my car here and he did not disappoint, i was aware beforehand (he suggested I swing by before the appt so he could take a look at the car) that some of the spots would not come all the way out.. coffee ?) but wow did he surpass my expectations !!!!! My go to detailing spot from now on. And his prices are affordable. I’d recommend him to anyone!”

“They have lots of options for both outside and inside of your car and really went the extra mile to remove the copious amount of bird poo deposited at the hotel.”

“Always a great experience. Had an issue with a smell I couldn’t get out of my car, went to multiple car washes with luck and only left me with hints of scents. Went to splash Norwalk and they did exactly what I asked in less time and a better price. Come to splash for your cars needs!!”

“Great prices and the staff work very hard to make sure your car is actually clean. Attention to detail is there and you can’t find that at most car washes in the area.”

“I brought in my Audi A6 2005. It’s an old car and the headlights were beyond destroyed. I paid a solid $60 to have the headlights restored and I got a exterior wash. Zero complaints. Great service. Would recommend.Services: Scratch removal”

“I love them. The lines can be long because fools can't get in the track properly or pull up close to the other car. You're in a track .. you can't hit them! People are so friendly!! We're members.”

“I've been using the Norwalk location infrequently for years. When doing so I just wanted a single, quick, no-frills wash. The cashier staff are obviously working with some kind of commission/bonus for selling the monthly passes, because they push it hard. You generally have to say 'no' to them 2-3 times before they relent and let you buy a one-off wash. It can get annoying. Then I purchased a white car. What was I thinking? In a month of ownership I've been there twice, so I figured I would try the base-level monthly and see how it goes - I'll update my results with this program here later. One benefit of it seems to be the automated entrance once you have their sticker on your windshield. This place is a madhouse on weekends, with backup traffic lines blocking Route 7 sometimes. Anything to 'cut' the manual line (where the cashiers are busy trying to sell subscriptions) seems like a bonus. I avoid the place like the plague on weekends in any event.Wash wise, it is what it is. A goofy little automated soap blast and rinse. It's not concierge service detailing, nobody hand-dries for you, you just pop into neutral and go. Want to wash mats and vacuum? That's all self-serve in the exit lot.I've never noticed scratches/damage to my car in the years I have been going there. And to all of you other reviewers complaining about the ethnicity of the staff? Screw off, you racists.”
