The hotel is spotless, and guests can enjoy free 24/7 coffee in the lobby. While the location may be a bit old, and the breakfast menu could be improved, the hotel provides a great work/stay/life balance with its wonderful amenities and welcoming environment. The staff, particularly Joseph at the front desk, is exceptional in addressing any room issues that arise, making it a great choice for those, like the guest's wife recovering from knee surgery, who require exceptional service.
