“I should have written this review nearly two years ago. I was on my way from Southwest Virginia to Maine to spend a few days there for Thanksgiving, and my car's timing chain went bad on CT's Cross County Expressway, leaving me stranded. I got it towed into Norwalk CT, and stayed at The Watershed, just a block from the garage. Kaitlyn at the front desk was so friendly, helpful, and convenient, that she made my involuntary overnight stay in Norwalk much less stressful than it would have been otherwise.
As far as the rooms and amenities, they were clean and pleasant and I loved the view of the railroad bridge outside the window. The staff was by far the best part of my stay though, and made if feel like I wasn't stranded. I'd love to come back and stay here again under brighter circumstances. I highly recommend The Watershed. Thank you so much, Kaitlyn!”

“The is is a beautiful location, you have a lot of space, in-room gym. Yes!!! mini in-room gym. I gave them a 3 star on service on because the breakfast between 6am-10am is horrible. They make your breakfast for you, just put it back to how all the other hotels have it. Self serve is always faster. They are making you the same thing, but Slooooooooweeeerrrrrr”
“I had an all-around phenomenal experience at this Hilton! The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was spotless, and the hotel had great amenities, including a pool, gym, and food bar.
What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. One of the front desk receptionists, Michael, went out of his way to be extraordinarily kind, helpful, and courteous. In a time when that level of genuine hospitality can be hard to come by, it truly meant a lot and made my stay that much better.
I highly recommend staying here, and a special thank you to Michael for going above and beyond!”

“These guys are amazing. Had to find a place to stay last minute for 5 nights during a trip, and this was perfect! Clean, cozy, great bed, and nice people. The staff were super helpful and even helped me to clean the ice off my car after a storm. Thank you!”
