Hertz did not provide the class of vehicle that we had reserved 6 months in advance. However, the staff at Norwalk was very helpful in finding us a reasonable substitute.

Five star experience! No long waits here. We needed to rent a car one way and David was very friendly, professional, efficient, and accommodating. He is definitely top notch and represented your company very well. We look forward to renting again from here in the near future.
