“Brought my wife here to get one of those new fangled iPhones. There has been so many I don't know what version it was. Regardless, the employees helped her get the phone she needed. Seemed pretty seamless and easy. Was a pretty painless experience. I am not an iPhone person but was impressed with how easy upgrading my wife's phone was. The employee who helped us even put on the screen protector and case for her. Good stuff. Five out of five stars.”

“I stopped by to play around with a Samsung because I was considering getting one (primarily iphone user) and I met who I believe is the manager named Michael. He was the only one there with multiple people waiting and he still welcomed me in & made me feel like I wasn't even shopping but as a guest. I appreciate his energy & candor. He did answer all my questions and showed me the features I wasn't able to do on my iPhone and gave me an amazing offer where adding a line as a business phone would've gave me the phone significantly off without increasing my bill drastically. He clearly explained multiple options and after seeing why he suggested altering the plan in the direction, how it was beneficial long-term. Excellent communication skills & transparency. My only regret is waiting so long to write this review - I did promise him I would write one! Truly a 5 star service and it was a pleasure working with him, I will definitely be coming back here making this my preferred location even though I'm over an hour out over multiple verizons nearby. Though this is an indirect location, I believe experience differs by who you work with whether corporate or not and I have to say when coming to this location ask for Michael. This was the best experience I've had in-store and I've had verizon for over 15 years.”
