“This is the store with the best service and capable people. I drive farther to get here. I live very near the Westport Ave Verizon.I won’t ever go back there. The staff are rude act like ur bothering them if u have a problem with ur phone. This store I just bought a new phone from Julian. He was very competent. He went out of his way to answer my questions. He’s young , I’m sure he has great potential…I hope u appreciate him.”

“If your phone is broken and you need it fixed, go see these guys immediately. I took my phone to another place on Westport Avenue, first. Big mistake. They claimed that they took my phone apart and cleaned it for $150 and since that didn't fix it, it needed another $150 repair with a part that wouldn't come in for 5 days. In search of a second opinion, I took it here to have Adam look at it. He spent about 45 seconds pulling some lint out of the charging port (from a phone which had supposedly been disassembled and cleaned, completely the day before) and handed it back to me and told me, "It's probably fixed, no charge. If not, bring it back and I'll replace the charging port." I asked him how much that would cost. He told me "$60. But it's probably fixed."I tipped him the crispest $20 I had. This guy is The Champion!”

“Been here twice both for screen replacement. First time around definitely not a pleasant experience as was told it would take 30 minutes to replace the screen over the phone yet when I dropped off the phone they said it take about one hour. After waiting almost 2 hours I left the phone there till the next day. Also I was told they would have temporary replacement phones but once at store they said they don't have that option at that store but suggested, I should just purchase a new one and then return it. (I didn't do that.)Second time around Booked the first or second appointment in the next morning. They said it Would take about one hour to fix. , I left the mall and within 20 minutes received a text saying my phone was finished. Just very inconsistent in this aspect.”
