The moment I arrived Connie made me fill very comfortable and made my check in an easy breeze. The hotel is nice but staff like Connie is what makes your experience.

You are always greeted like family. Alfredo at the reception is on point all the time. A nicely maintained establishment. Awesome parking with wheel chair access. A must stay when in or around Norwalk.
