“I usually don't write reviews, but Westy Norwalk is a home run! The staff is great - professional, friendly, courteous, responsive and informative! The service is top drawer and the building is nicely laid out, brightly lit and always clean or being cleaned. Let me also add that the courtesy bottled water is exceptionally good. I would like to thank Lainey, Cathy, Kyle and Jessica for their high level of service. I also would like to commend the gentleman who cleans the building, but unfortunately do not know his name. He's very polite and does a great job keeping the place sparkling.”
“My entire process was extremely smooth and easy. Mike was INCREDIBLE!!!!!! Great customer service. I was nervous about coming to a storage facility but he helped my partner and I out the entire time. Super convenient all the tools they offer to make your moving easier. Would 100% recommend!”

“I rented truck last minute and they had it there. They have a good inventory of trucks and vans. Also love that I can park there and leave my car. Very close to I-95 too, so keeps miles down. Like checking in with an onsite agent and she was very efficient and helpful. Strongly recommend this location! Have used them several times.”

I have called them a few times and the the ladies that work in that office are so sweet and so knowledgeable.
