After several other shoe repair shops told me there was nothing they could do to fix them, Kosta took a shot at it. Sure enough, he got the oil stains out and they look as good as new. He is the best! He saved my shoes.”
“These guys are great. First, you can buy second quality Aldens here at a discount. The defects in the shoes are very hard, if not impossible, to find, and the defects are generally something insignificant such as an insole that is very slightly misaligned or a stamp that’s uneven. Second, I found a defect in a pair of first quality Aldens I bought two years ago. After two years, it was my first time wearing them because I had started working from home, and it was only then I saw a tear in the leather. The store offered to repair the shoe free of charge.”

“Walked into JD sports next door, which is an extremely unwelcoming environment. I immediately left and came next door, the two stores are like night and day. The staff was very friendly and were eager to help my kids out with their basketball shoes. Would be nice if they had more of a selection, but overall great experience. I will never be shopping at JD sports and will only be bringing my business to Champs next door, also will advise all my friends and peers to do the same.”
