The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. Committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and is constantly innovating to improve customer experiences. This particular location at 16 Washington St offers walk-in passport services. Customers have had mixed experiences, with some praising the friendly and efficient service of employees like Andria, Nicole, Jeniffer, Michael, Victorious, and Karene. These staff members were described as pleasant, professional, courteous, and helpful, even going the extra mile to assist customers. However, not all experiences were positive, with one reviewer expressing frustration at an employee's unwillingness to help until the customer mentioned their previous visits. Despite these occasional issues, the USPS is widely recognized for the dedication of its hardworking employees, who brave various weather conditions to deliver mail and packages across the United States and its territories.
This post office is by far the worst post office ever. They need better management. Don’t ever buy a P.O. Box here, you will never get your packages. Customer service sucks. They never answer the phone. And nobody’s knows nothing. They must just anybody in this place.

If USPS needs to shut down, they really need to start with this one… highly inefficient staff…the staff here really do not want to work. Some people really add no value and should be offered a job at all.
