After spending time and money elsewhere without getting the problem solved, I brought it to Auto Repair Specialist Inc., and the difference was incredible. They didn’t just put it on the alignment machine and make adjustments—they actually took the time to properly diagnose why the Jeep could not be aligned correctly. They identified the worn components that were causing the problem, explained exactly what needed to be repaired, replaced only the parts that were necessary, and then performed a complete alignment. The Jeep now drives absolutely perfect—straight, stable, and better than it has in years. This is easily the best alignment we have ever had performed on this vehicle. What impressed me just as much as the quality of the work was the value. The pricing was extremely fair, especially considering the level of diagnosis, repair, and attention to detail that went into getting the Jeep right after three other shops couldn’t.
