“I went here because it was time for a new phone and was blown away by the service and helpfulness I received from Miguel, the gentlemen who was helping me. He had pristine knowledge on the whole store and knew the answer to every question I asked. I went in upset with my phone and left with a smile on my face, a better phone and an all around great experience. I am very satisfied with my experience, will definitely be coming back and will definitely be referring friends & family. “MIKE was extremely helpful!! So much so that I had to find out how to write a review, so I could give him recognition!!! OK, here's the story: my honey lost his phone today, while I was at work, and when I came home he was frantic! I called one local Verizon store asking about assistance we had received years ago when the same thing happened and they were no help at all! Then, I called Verizon Salem Turnpike and low and behold our problems were solved! He told us how to "find our device" and within minutes, seriously, minutes our troubles were over and the phone was found! Thank you MIKE for being "Rock Awesome"!
