Front desk (Lauren answered the phone) was super kind, and made sure I understood everything about deposits and prices. They were patient and answered all my questions.
Scheduling was easy, pricing was fair. After dealing with other vets in the area being rude & with much higher prices, finding Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital was a relief.

They were all wonderful and accommodating! If you need a vet for your animals don't think twice they are amazing. I will be switching all my pet over.

I honestly can’t get a protein shake anywhere else because to me nothing else is comparable. I recommend this place to so many people. The shakes and the staff are the reason I come back. Glad I stumbled across dexters.

58 Otrobando Ave, NorwichWe got our beautiful golden retriever, Rustam, from Anna, and from day one she has been absolutely amazing. She gave us all the information and support we needed to take care of our new puppy, and it made the whole experience so much smoother for us as first-time dog parents.
Anna did an incredible job with his early training—he came home already understanding so much, which speaks volumes about the love and care she gives to all her pups.
Now, whenever we go on vacation, Rustam goes back to Anna for doggy daycare, and he couldn’t be happier! He loves playing with his siblings and always comes back home a happy boy. Anna treats him like one of her own, and we feel completely at ease knowing he’s in such good hands.
We truly feel blessed to have met Anna—she’s not just a breeder or sitter, she’s part of Rustam’s extended family!
