Pet Grooming
Paws & Refresh LLC. (Dog Grooming)
420 A New London Turnpike, NorwichI took in a very matted and anxious dog. She did a wonderful job not only on cleaning this little doggy but also a wonderful job on the haircut. She definitely earned her money with this. Dog. She even gave us tips about bringing her back just to visit. So she gets used to coming there. Which is a tip? I will definitely be taking. I would suggest that anyone with an anxious dog come to this wonderful place.

Pet Care
Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital
177 Otrobando Avenue Suite 2171, NorwichEveryone was kind. I really appreciated being able to quickly opt out of certain treatments so that I could choose what was best for myself & the situation.
Front desk (Lauren answered the phone) was super kind, and made sure I understood everything about deposits and prices. They were patient and answered all my questions.
Scheduling was easy, pricing was fair. After dealing with other vets in the area being rude & with much higher prices, finding Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital was a relief.

All Friends Animal Hospital
420 New London Turnpike, NorwichGood techs and vets. Also the staff out front is friendly and helpful. My appointment was delayed a bit, but only because my doctor was assisting an emergency walk-in client, which I totally get. I’m glad they are responsive to pet emergencies.

Pet-Friendly Restaurants
Dexter’s Smoothie Coffee Vault
50 Pleasant Street Suite 3, NorwichMy wife got a chocolate peanut butter smoothie, and I got a chocolate raspberry smoothie. Staff was accommodating for my wife's dietary restrictions and made recommendations to us on what to get. Smoothies tasted great, you can tell the ingredients are high quality. Atmosphere is lacking due to the disrepair the strip mall and parking lot are in.

Always Golden Pups
58 Otrobando Avenue, NorwichWe got our beautiful golden retriever, Rustam, from Anna, and from day one she has been absolutely amazing. She gave us all the information and support we needed to take care of our new puppy, and it made the whole experience so much smoother for us as first-time dog parents.
Anna did an incredible job with his early training—he came home already understanding so much, which speaks volumes about the love and care she gives to all her pups.
Now, whenever we go on vacation, Rustam goes back to Anna for doggy daycare, and he couldn’t be happier! He loves playing with his siblings and always comes back home a happy boy. Anna treats him like one of her own, and we feel completely at ease knowing he’s in such good hands.
We truly feel blessed to have met Anna—she’s not just a breeder or sitter, she’s part of Rustam’s extended family!
