I was in search of a new sneaker for weight training, and I was fortunate enough to receive exceptional service from Bob, one of the store's employees.Bob went above and beyond to not only assist me but also educate me on the type of sneaker that would best suit my needs. He took the time to understand my requirements and preferences, and he even suggested that the store's current selection might not be the right fit for me. However, he patiently walked me through various criteria, and together we found the perfect shoe that met all my requirements.I must say that I have never received such outstanding service when it comes to purchasing sneakers. I highly recommend anyone in search of specific sneakers to visit The Athlete's Source. You can expect nothing but exceptional service from the knowledgeable and friendly staff.Once again, I want to express my gratitude to Bob for his superior service and the valuable education he provided during my sneaker shopping experience. “So talented and great customer service. My Louboutin heels were in rough condition (the bottoms were scuffed and the entire sole/heel was separating from the top of the shoe). I brought it somewhere else to get fixed a few years ago but they just put glue in the crack. When I brought it to Mr. Izet, he noticed it right away and said that he would take the heel off completely to reconnect it the right way. Long story short, look at the photos. He did an excellent job fixing my shoes and put sole protectors on to keep them in good shape. Also, his pricing is unbeatable and customer service is second to none. He’s the best around!Also, just remembered that I had an event come up and asked to get my shoes sooner than we discussed. He got them to me the next day with no extra charge!”

“A sales man name Paul Curry was amazing and very understanding to my special health condition that effects my feet. He recommended a pair of Kizik black shoes that I can use for a bedroom slippers with good support. I have very bad fallen arches and I use a AFO in my every day shoes too. He knew about AFOs and a medical condition that I also have. I have shopped at this store before and was not helped as much as Mr. Curry helped me. Thanks for Mr. Curry.”

“Always so great variety of shoes wish the store was a little brighter. Kind of dark instead of bright and welcoming. The store was a lot neater than it had been in the past except in the back where they had the previous year's shoes there were boxes everywhere tables with stuff on it. But again always have a great selection but today was not my day to find what I was looking for. They were having really good sales too.”

“After not so great the past experiences I decided to come here again. The store is definitely getting better and the customer service is becoming good. Are used to come here a lot and never got the good service and in general the store wasn't great but seems like it's getting better. I really love Macy's and think the stores are great for different things you can choose from I like that you can find many things in the one roof makes things so easier when you buying different items.”

“This running store is probably one of the best experiences I’ve had buying running shoes. Not only did they fit me properly and recommended a new pair of shoes, Chuck and his team even went as far as evaluating my running form out on the sidewalk of Atlantic St. By recording my run and giving me pointers on how to improve. You’d think I was at PT!! Easily the best sport store I’ve ever been too.I will 100% be back and I’m looking forward to their new location!”
