I had a very fashion-savvy Mom, and this place helped me sell her wardrobe. I was very glad to find this shop; they were responsive and helpful during a challenging time.”

What made the visit extraordinary was Bob’s incredible kindness towards our daughter, who had fallen in love with a plush owl toy. When she became distraught about leaving the toy behind, Bob generously gifted it to her, touching our hearts and turning a potential meltdown into a moment of pure joy.

The skirts and dresses made of cotton or silk fit your summer wardrobe perfectly. The salespeople are friendly courteous and knowledgable. They will give undivided attention with attention to the finest detail giving you all the time you need to try on everything in this small downtown clothing boutique which I suggest you do because the stock is selectively small. Togs isn't for people who want to find a bargain but it's the place for designer clothing with unique style and exceptional service in a convenient location. Togs is much like the Henry Lehr Stores known for exceptionally high quality clothing. Togs has top notch merchandise at a price :)”

“I can't recommend Threads and Treads enough. I started running again in my late 30s and had tried ordering shoes online. After a few fails, I went in person and the staff were so helpful. They looked at my feet and the arches, the width, my stance, how I walk... and helped direct me to a shoe that would support all these areas. Highly recommend supporting this business so we can keep stores alive that really provide expertise and guidance we will never get through big box stores. One note: keep the box! you can't return unless you have the box :)”

But I want to say that, for all the expensive orders Richards must get, I was so appreciative and touched by the attention to detail and customer service I received. Specifically, they gift wrapped the order beautifully, included a congratulatory gift tag note, and sent a hand written note from the person who put the order together. Above and beyond. Would 100% recommend this store.”

Mario was extremely helpful and was so willing to assist me!
I needed to run to my car before purchasing my items
and Mario kept them secure and was waiting for me upon my arrival back into the store.
While I was trying to manage the self check out I realized one of my items didn’t have a bar code ticket.

“I had a fantastic experience at Pure Barre! The class with Kimberly was incredibly challenging in the best way — exactly what I was hoping for. The teacher leading the session was amazing; she pushed us to give it our all while still offering great support and encouragement throughout. Her cues were clear, her energy was motivating, and she made sure to provide helpful adjustments when needed. I left feeling strong and sore (in a good way!). Highly recommend this studio and class if you’re looking to be challenged and supported at the same time!”

“While in Greenwich last week, I stopped by the Lilly Pulitzer store. This store sells mostly clothing and accessories for women and little girls. The Lilly prints are the brand's signature. It's generally, very bright colors with pinks, greens and blues, these prints are very summery. I like the fall and winter collection that's currently in the store, which embraces more jewel tones. Going into a Lilly store isn't an everyday occurrence for me, since there's only three stores in all of Connecticut. You have to truly love what you're getting from a Lilly store, an acrylic (which isn't my favorite material) sweater will run you $118. The store is beautiful and their staff is lovely.”

“Although this store is much smaller than the one in Greenwich, the service is absolutely amazing. When I walked in I was greeted by the staff immediately. Justine knows that it's my very first time there, he quickly shows me where everything is. He also pointed out the sales items. I took an item to the fitting room to try it on. Justine checked with me if the shirt fits and offered to bring me a slightly larger one. While he was ringing up my item, I described one item that I like from the store and he immediately helped me to look for it, although he couldn't my size. The customer service in this store is undoubtedly superb.”

“Sokayri Atelier with Helena, Miriam and their team have helped us several times for formal events and we feel lucky to have found them. The first time was for my daughter’s wedding where they fitted and customized the gown to fit the bride perfectly. At first I didn’t think the gown was the right fit for my daughter, although it was beautiful. But this team finds no problem too difficult seems and they waved their magic wands and made the gown a perfect for. Glorious! For the Mother of the Bride gown it was of utmost importance to allow ventilation as the wedding was to take place in Barbados . Helena made sure extra vents were created and in addition they solved the issue of my upper arms looking far bigger than the big they already were. They shaped the wide straps into a clever design that was utterly flattering. I loved it.
The third time I came for help was for a very formal wedding where I got the utter dream of wearing a Carolina Herrera ball gown. The Sokayri team problem solved to perfection and I felt perfectly at home and at ease . We shortened the train a little and shortened the entire skirt part, which was no small feat because the pattern was at the bottom of the skirt, as I’m 5’5” and the gown built for tall models. I couldn’t believe how they just made the impossible not only possible but doable. I’m deeply grateful. Thank you team. I give them my highest recommendations.”
