“While in Greenwich last week, I stopped by the Lilly Pulitzer store. This store sells mostly clothing and accessories for women and little girls. The Lilly prints are the brand's signature. It's generally, very bright colors with pinks, greens and blues, these prints are very summery. I like the fall and winter collection that's currently in the store, which embraces more jewel tones. Going into a Lilly store isn't an everyday occurrence for me, since there's only three stores in all of Connecticut. You have to truly love what you're getting from a Lilly store, an acrylic (which isn't my favorite material) sweater will run you $118. The store is beautiful and their staff is lovely.”

“Needed to stop by this Saks to exchange an online order. The Greenwich store is the closest one to me(I love in Yonkers, NY). I called the store beforehand to confirm that they had the shoes I wanted in my size. Celia helped me and was the absolute sweetest. She was eager to help and made me feel very welcome. Celia offered me directions to the store and assured me that the shoes in my size would be waiting for me. Extremely pleased with the customer service. I was very fond with my overall experience at this Saks store. I would definitely come back here for my next pair of shoes.”

“I used to go to the West Village Rag & Bone, but thought the salespeople were kids & just not great.I love Rag and Bone and I finally had a salesperson that’s as great as their clothes.If you’re in the Greenwich store see ANGELA, she is such a doll; funny, friendly and ultra knowledgeable about the products. I tried on one of their classic calfskin leather jackets and she quickly figured out I needed to go a size down. Also, a $1K gorgeous jacket that fits great was on sale PLUS another 30% off. It ended up being HALF the original price. Also, she knew immediately what I needed and got my favorite knit TShirts from the stock room AND gave me a 20% discount on an item that’s NEVER on sale. Thank you Angela, today was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had….”

“If I could give more than 5 out of 5 stars, I truly would. I received AMAZING customer service through this particular LoveShackFancy boutique. The manager Catalina Garcia was absolutely wonderful and a dream to work with! I was looking for some rare, hard to find bespoke upcycled pieces and Catalina went ABOVE and beyond to locate pieces for me from across all the boutiques. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was at this particular LoveShackFancy boutique . It is incredibly well organized and run under Catalina Garcia. I would absolutely recommend making her your sales associate and going through her. Be sure to check out this location and work with Ms. Garcia- you will not be disappointed! One of the best experiences I’ve had with this brand!”

“I visited Greenwich Hermes for the first time last February while window shopping with a friend. Without reservation, Dane greeted us happily for the first time. We met and she kindly asked us what we needed while telling weather and family stories in a very pleasant and fun way, allowing us to shop comfortably.This September, I made another visit for the first time in a while. To my surprise, Dane was there and had remembered me after all those months! I've shopped in many JmcL's but the Greenwich store was new to me.Two items I purchased had to be sent (shipping is free) from other locations, and the third item required alterations. The clerk pinned the pants and ordered a rush delivery before my vacation 5 days later.JmcL styles are very flattering to women of a certain age and I keep buying the Maisie pant and signature tee in various colors. I do wish, however, that they made more items in jewel tones instead of mostly pastels, which are great in Florida but less so in New York.”
