“Have a wonderful pair of HD 650 headphones that I love but that had an issue with an adapter + later with the headband. As an audiophile, I do my best to take care of my gear, but it can also go through rigorous use. During both occasions when I reached out to Sennheiser (to address the adapter issue + later a headband issue on the headphones -- with everything still under warranty), they delivered in a major way. I received the new adapter in the following business days and was also able to return my pair of headphones (that had gotten stuck, hence the headband issue) back to their repair repair center, it appears that they sent me a pair of like-new headphones that function perfectly.
