Previous 2 star: (I guess they close early now a days. Other than that no complaints, just sad to waste time when not answering phone to see if I can pick up my prepaid part prior to closing time. I called 20 minutes prior to closing and continued to call until my arrival at 6:58. Waste of time and money and resources. A simple answer of the phone woulda been nice. 45 minutes of my day wasted on a part that broke on my 881, on an inconsistent prepay policy.)”

“Amazing store and owner, my truck broke down in the parking lot. Old Lyme hardware had all the tools I needed and also let me barrow power tools to get my truck fixed and back on the road again. I was about 3 hours from home and thanks to them I was able to make it home.”
