“I have had a few units here. Large medium small. I moved around a few times in downsizing. The process is easy and the communication and understanding of the management is great. Facilities are great!”

“I am giving five stars because there are several new rent a space locations and they have brand new units and they have internal climate control units. I rented an indoor storage unit in East Lyme and I would say that it is excellent for what it is. It is not a climate control environment, so there are temperature and humidity changes that your storage items are subject to. In terms of the facility itself it's very clean and well lit, it has excellent access and parking availability, and feels very secure. The staff are excellent at this location, very helpful and knowledgeable. I do not believe you could beat the price, I came in during the Memorial Day holiday and did not realize they were having a great sale. If you do need storage that is not climate control in the Niantic East Lyme area I recommend them 100%. If you need climate control I also recommend them you will just need to go to Crossroads or Route 85 or Route 82 in Waterford, they have locations in all of those settings.”

“Candace is giving five star customer care so she gets a five star review. She was helping someone out and I don’t think she’s normally at this location but she should be duplicated and at all the locations. Friendly, efficient, professional, and a good rep for this company. This particular location as I assume many outdoor storage facilities has some issues. Not removing snow so you can access your unit, units that absolutely leak water and ruin your property are the two biggest issues we encountered. An occasional unfriendly encounter with staff. You get it. But you know what makes avoidable issues a little easier to deal with when you’re paying for something like a storage unit, great friendly personalities like Candace. There was one other occasion where we were allowed to park a van here overnight and that was nice something they didn’t have to do and that was appreciated as well. But the only reason why I’m writing this review is because Candace deserves it.”
