“I stayed here four nights and they were nice I paid cash and debit card price was fare. Also, i wanted quiet and i did have a rest for 4 days, I took a bus to grocery store, River valley transit it picks you up at the door and dropped me off at Stop & Shop grocery store. You call and they charge $1.75, one way, and $1.75 back. Microwave and fridge, TV good selection of programs.”
“My wife and I recently spent five days vacationing in Old Saybrook. Not being a big fan of corporate hotels with their overpriced rooms and marginal service we opted to stay at the family owned/operated Pier Blue Inn. Check in was quick and easy. Because it was off season, the front desk manager gave us a free upgrade to a King Room which we found exceptional clean and comfortable. The Inn was located near all the places we had planned to visit along with many excellent restaurants. The attentive staff couldn't do enough to help make our visit more pleasurable. Well done Blue Pier! You've got a repeat customer on our next visit. Looking forward to seeing you all again. Thanks!”
