“Outstanding! My car was there for over a month for a small scrape, but this was no fault of Towne. If the damage is being covered by someone else’s insurance policy and that happens to be Geico, you’re in for a long haul/wait. Communication is seriously challenging if you’re/they’re dealing with Geico as Geico is not transparent or forthcoming about coverage, in fact specifically cryptic and make the process much more difficult than need be. Towne however, is absolutely fantastic! Alyssa and Gene are both thorough and communicate well and with candor. The auto body is not half-assed, the work is executed with great care resulting in a pristine perfectly matched finish and your car will be absolutely immaculate upon pick up. ??”

“Phenomenal service and the accountability to back it up!! Long story short, I got into a fender bender and had my car fixed at the collision center. Once I got my car back, about 2 weeks or so after, my AC stopped working. I immediately brought it there due to it being a hot day out and they immediately looked at it, communicated the issue and options with me, took it in, and worked on it. What really blew me away is when one of the employees mentioned the time length it'll take and offered to drive me home. I live in farther away, but he was able to drop me off at my grandparents, and even offered to come pick me up and bring me back to the collision center once my car was done. Thankfully the fix only took 2-3 hours, but I was very impressed with the service there and how fast they were able to fix it and took full accountability for it.”

“Had to get my car towed through my insurance and was assigned this shop to pick up my car. Everything went smoothly and fine except there was minor damage done to the bumper. Once notified of this they were quick to respond and agreed to fixing the damage. Although my car was there a little longer than I had hoped, it was still a fast turnaround time and they even detailed my exterior. “If you have done the research, you know Fluid Film is the best rust protection going. To do the job DIY is not easy without the proper setup (lift, sprayer etc). If you want it done right, go to Bryan at Overall Undercoating. They do a great job at a very fair price. They protect your vehicle from overspray meticulously and hit every inch of frame and undercarriage. Excellent!”
