“After a great lunch we decided to visit this location because it was convenient and wow, what a pleasant surprise. The gym was immaculately clean, bathrooms well stocked and maintained and great equipment. I also tanned and and really enjoyed their stand up bed. The staff were also great, friendly and helpful. Five stars guys”
“I believe this is one of the best Edge in CT. The equipment at this Edge I have not seen anywhere else. In addition, their cardio selection is quite large. The staff are all friendly and the facility is generally very clean. Lastly, machine are never out of service for too long. Overall solid gym.”

“Elle & her staff at MyGym are fantastic. I started taking my now 2 year old there over a year ago and she absolutely loves it! From circle time to activity stations to independent & group play it has been a great experience. My daughter knows exactly where we are when we enter the parking lot & has gotten so much more comfortable in the classes. Highly recommend!”
