“This is best service ever ok.They will make you run around in circles to different stores wasting gas. Never help get upgrade for a new phone. They keep telling me to call the online service, then the online service tells to go to the store. Never again then store clerk tells me it will be $498 to upgrade the iPhone 11. That’s the upgrade and if the online representative said something different they do not do what they can do call them back. So I did then the online representative said go back to the store only the store can do upgrades to phone plan and I have been a customer for 5 years. This is craziness. So I ask for a supervisor politely no attitude at all. Then they tell they only can give me an android upgrade to stay when I got a iPhone and can go to boost mobile for a better upgrade for a iPhone. I even told them I like thier service is their anything can do even if I pay more for the upgrade they said no only the store do upgrades. Then they have promotions online for iPhones they won’t give online im very confused on why should I stay with them ever again. This company will make run around waste gas almost $4.00 a gallon to do nothing then tell go back a different location store this is craziness. Help please”

“I purchased a fire stick that did not work in my television took it back and the gentleman in the store started yelling at me raising his voice I had to tell him several times to stop yelling. Telling me he couldn’t take the product back nor could he refund my money all refunds are final and there was no sense of compromise. All of the stuff the in the store is all refurbished you’re gonna get a piece of garbage and we are you to realize that would you try to take it back he is going to try to make you look like you are insufficient it an incompetent of learning how technology works. “I arrived about an hour before closing on Thursday night. My mother wanted to upgrade her phone. The store was immaculate, well stocked and very well lit. Will D., the solutions specialist, directed me to the iPhone SE after I mentioned that my mother was 92 years old and never had anything but her flip phone. After reviewing her account, he mentioned that she should be getting a $20 credit because she was already signed up for auto pay and paperless billing. He said in order to receive that discount she would need to switch her payment method from credit card to bank account. In less than an hour I was out the door with my mother's new phone. She was thrilled but I did need to bring her to the store the next day so she could update her account to get the $20 credit. She had a few questions which Will who I am now referring to as the super savvy senior citizen representative patiently answered. His friendliness and clear explanation of how to work the phone made my mother totally at ease. In a day she had learned how to text, take photos, set up her email, and was totally comfortable using her new phone thanks to Will!”
