“We walked in. We were greeted by a salesman once we told him what we were there for, and showed him on our phone that it was in stock. The gentleman proceeded to pull it up on his iPad and said they do not have one in the store, my boyfriend and I walked the store. We found the table. We were fortunate enough to have a wonderful salesman, William Reed, who helped us participate table in a picture that we wanted. please make sure to give William Reed a shout out for being so patient and helpful with our sale”
“We were given one on one attention, he listened to what we were saying, and he gave us options. He also worked with us. This isn’t our first mattress so we really knew the firmness we wanted. It was a very smooth transaction. Although the mattress has not been delivered (It’s being delivered within two days by the way) and we have not tried it, he also confirmed that we have 120 days to make a decision. Many mattress businesses sometimes only give you 90 days. So far so good”
“I went in about a week ago to purchase my first matress myself. I spoke with liza about my budget and she showed me a few. I did want something more plush and wow. She showed me a plush 12inch queen a like 1600$ matress but it was on sale for 72% on top of that they were running a deal with an adjustable base free with qualifying matress. They sadly didnt have the base in store it was only with shipping. She was amazing she was able to honor that deal with a base they had in store. Not adjustable but honestly i prefer it. I was able to buy my matress set it up and sleep in it on the same day. Ill honestly admot i feel spoiled i dont want to leave this bed. Though i find myself,even with a queen somehow getting pushed to the edge of the bed by my damn cat. I sleep amazing though”
“I had a great experience Hussain as a representative the couch was in great condition. My only concern was that the center console did not work and they did not want to discount it. They wanted to sell it for the same price it would cost if it actually worked. If this is a scratch and dent section why not get rid of the item that does not work? I feel like that should’ve easily been discontinued to keep the customer happy as it was with the sectional that we purchased. No one was coming back to buy a broken center console.”
“Superior Customer Experience . I suggest buying from Foucault's and saving yourself time, money, etc..It took me no time at all with the help of Christine Foucault, Sales Representative, to choose and buy my new Whirlpool washer, Whirlpool dryer and Weber grill. She was knowledgeable, answered my long list of questions , gave me a great price, and did it with a Smile.. The guys who delivered my appliances and grill were respectful, so sweet, polite and efficient. They did not damage anything (as I have had deliveries in past and they damaged my stairs, walls, etc.) they were careful, and cleaned up after themselves. I only have GREAT things to say about Christine and the 4 guys who quickly delivered and installed my new appliances. I had a FABULOUS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE . I will go back and I will refer all my friends and family to use Foucault's.”

“The amount of items in this location are quite indulging, I brought my hoes here last week and the huzz were delighted by the fond environment surrounding them, except for the ominous presence emitting from the backroom. And a stranflge oder of horse (thoroughbred american saddler) unrine? Seemed a little off in this type of establishment. I would not bring my dog here he said he wouldnt like it.

She had exactly what I needed, I ended up spending an hour and a half in her store because of her knowledge that she had for restoring any type of furniture that you could imagine. “Bought a few beds here in the last 5 years for us and the kids. Steve is super helpful, only ask for him. There was a different guy one day sitting on a bed with a woman, not sure if a customer or he brings his lady to work with him, and I asked a question about my delivery date and said I met Steve the week before. The guy told me he was some college professor and that he couldn't help me because I met Steve and I'd have to come back and there was nothing he could do and just stopped and started talking to this other lady again. That's why 4 start”
