After someone in our family got in a car accident where no one was injured (thankfully) but there was significant damage to our car, I envisioned myself having to spend time I don’t have haggling with auto shops and insurance companies about the quality and cost of repairs. My experience with Ray’s quickly put those concerns to rest. Everyone at Ray’s (especially Tony and Izzy, who I dealt with most of the time) was pleasant, helpful, great communicators and, most importantly, very skilled at what they do. When I went to Tony with concerns raised by a rival body shop trying to win the business for themselves, Tony addressed those concerns calmly and professionally, and then delivered on everything he promised. “Antar & the crew are legit. After being quoted for a ridiculously high price at a different mechanic, I brought my SUV to Morrell Muffler. They lifted my car and Antae personally brought me into the garage to look at my exhaust system and what was the issue. He said they could get it done at the fraction of what the other shop was offering. One hour later, I was good to go and my car has been as silent as a Tesla. I highly recommend.”

“They offer the best most durable bed liner you can get In my opinion. They were fast and it looks great. This is the second truck I had them do. The other is over 5 years old and still looks new with heavy use. Its a very hard bed liner. Absolutely amazing product.

“My car got towed to Lakewood due to expired registration. My car was there for 5 days. My car came back to me as I handed it over, they let me inflate a tire of mine before leaving the property and the customer service was great. Annette truthfully is the best, she was helpful with info and even texted me info while I was at work so I didn’t have to step out and take a call. If you get your car towed here (willingly or not) your car will be returned the way you left it with them.”

“Cannot recommend this place enough. Amongst other great experiences, today I had the pleasure of working with Derek and Joey. I needed to replace my car battery. My car is older so I was nervous that the alternator or the starter may need to be replaced. Joey ran all the tests on my car and took the time to explain the readings. Thankfully, it was just the battery. I was expecting to spend $150-200 however, when I went back inside, Derek asked me if I wanted a free, top of the line battery. I was shocked and it turns out that I was selected as the winner of a promotion! I got a battery with a value of $275. I cannot thank Derek and Joey enough. I love Advance Auto Parts - they should be everyone's first stop!”

“Bobby and the service crew are top notch and absolutely stand by their work. I had bought (privately, not from land n’ sea) an 05 brute force that had not been used much and needed significant carburetor work. After the initial work was done the problems returned a few days later, I called Bobby back and he had me bring back the machine, he stood by his work and fixed the issues quickly, with great communication on costs and what the potential issues may be. He and his team went above and beyond to troubleshoot. Would absolutely recommend bringing your Powersports equipment here for your service needs.”

“I am trying to wrap my head around some of these negative comments, my experience today was NOTHING near what those reviews claimed to have experienced.
It was my first time coming here for car parts, upon entering the office I was immediately taken care of. The guy at the counter was great, he was very friendly and made sure I was taken care of, he called one of the yard workers in to help me with the side view mirror and transmission I was there to pick up. I believe the yard worker's name was Justin, who showed up very quicky. He walked me over to the parts I was there to pick up and loaded the transmission on to a dolley. He then proceded to help me load it into my truck, the whole time being very friendly and asking if I needed help with anything else. While this was happening the gentleman from the sales counter (so sorry I didn't catch your name) came out to make sure everything was going smoothly. He even complimented my truck, which made my day.
With this being my first time coming here for parts, I was treated like a regular that has been coming here for years, I truly appreciate everyone here. The great customer service I recieved is very rare to find these days, it didn't feel like they were trying to get rid of me after buying their car parts. I will definitely be coming back for any other car parts I may need in the future. Thank you VERY much for such a great and smooth experience.”
