“This is one of the best auto body shops I've ever gone to. I brought them my Tesla, and although I was the first Tesla that they ever worked on, they fixed my Tesla to where it looked brand spanking new. I was rear-ended at a stop sign and the trunk was smashed, but they replaced the trunk, replaced complex items, replace the glass ceiling that was cracked, and was very accommodating the entire time and the people who work there are excellent. They even had some personal obstacles of Their Own and it did not allow that to stop them in any way. The definition of professionals. Your car is in great hands at this shop no matter what it is.”

“Paul deff got the job done! Took my Subaru to rays carstar up the st ( they are garbage BTW) they had my car in and out for months...took to Subaru dealership thinking they wld figure out the cause of the shaking in my car,( which they didn't figure out n charged me for a tune up that did nothing!) I spoke to paul on the phone n he knew right away what is was THRU the PHONE! He checked my car out, explained with detail what was causing the shakiness...Subaru n Ray's missed a spark plug that was cracked in three diff areas! He will deff treat u like a person n not brush u off ! He even sent pics to show me!”

“3.30.26 - The other 5 star reviews did not lie and the excellent service received exceeded expectations. Called Jay's on a Friday afternoon and they were willing to accommodate a diagnostic to evaluate however my availability warranted a first thing Monday morning drop off. Jay happened to be there at 7:30am and confirmed he would look at it and call back. Barely an hour later, he called with a diagnosis of a bad hub bearing, a very reasonable quote and confirmation of same day fix. Barely 2 hours later. I got the call that it was fixed and ready for pickup. I am very satisfied and for the first time in a while, don't feel taken advantage of by a mechanic shop. The customer service was excellent, responsive and respectful. If in need, highly recommend Jay's Auto Center.”

“I originally came in for a versa, but my salesman Javier informed me they were in short supply and guided me to a Sentra. I wanted one with the least amount of upgrades possible, and he let me know you would be getting it in a few days. Throughout that process he did mention a couple other offers that they had such as a good interest rate on the Kick. It wasn't for me, but he never pushed anything, he simply offered it. There can be a fine line there and he did a great job. He felt more like a car buying guide to me then a salesman which was great. There were numerous delays on the car that I wanted and Javier kept me informed as to the status. He also let me know there were similar cars on the lot I could pick up if I chose, although I didn't end up doing that. When I was finalizing the paperwork with Harvey, it was a similar experience. He didn't push any of the warranties on me, but offered them and explained why he thought they might be beneficial. It was a great experience throughout. Thank you Javier and Harvey!”
