“I am trying to wrap my head around some of these negative comments, my experience today was NOTHING near what those reviews claimed to have experienced.

It was my first time coming here for car parts, upon entering the office I was immediately taken care of. The guy at the counter was great, he was very friendly and made sure I was taken care of, he called one of the yard workers in to help me with the side view mirror and transmission I was there to pick up. I believe the yard worker's name was Justin, who showed up very quicky. He walked me over to the parts I was there to pick up and loaded the transmission on to a dolley. He then proceded to help me load it into my truck, the whole time being very friendly and asking if I needed help with anything else. While this was happening the gentleman from the sales counter (so sorry I didn't catch your name) came out to make sure everything was going smoothly. He even complimented my truck, which made my day.

With this being my first time coming here for parts, I was treated like a regular that has been coming here for years, I truly appreciate everyone here. The great customer service I recieved is very rare to find these days, it didn't feel like they were trying to get rid of me after buying their car parts. I will definitely be coming back for any other car parts I may need in the future. Thank you VERY much for such a great and smooth experience.”
