“Judy was wonderful! She was patient with my fear of needles and was also quick and precise when she did the procedure. Check in was easy, I checked in at the recommended ten minutes before my appointment at 9 am. I was in and out by 9:15.”

“I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to book an appointment and the ease of registering when arriving. But the best was how nice the phlebotomist was. The past times I’ve been there that has not been the case. I think her name was Elizabeth. Before yesterday’s appointment I would never have gone back to Cheshire Quest. The only reason I went back was because my doctor needed me to get the test ASAP.”
“The experience at the Center itself, was unbelievably efficient. I loved the online check-in upon arrival (no waiting at a service desk) and how quick and efficient the whole process was. I was in and out in 5 min, and the Center itself was only a 2-min drive from my house. The web site experience was not great. The initial booking of the appointment, and then wanting to check in to verify the appointment was made, proved to be very cumbersome. The web site did not send an email or text confirmation and was very difficult to navigate to find my appointment (and yes, I was logged in). I eventually got there, but very round about.”
