“As someone who is TERRIFIED of having my blood drawn, this was the best experience I've ever had at Quest, let alone ever with giving blood. The main reason for that is Lane. He was kind, empathetic, & understanding. Most times when you go to the doctor nowadays, the bedside manner is next to nothing and it's so discouraging. Lane had incredible bedside manner & it made me relaxed, heck, even braver than I would normally be. He made sure I was able to get back on my feet safely & told the best Dad jokes to keep me alert & reassured. A huge thank you to Lane for making this whole experience incredibly less stressful. I hope he's there forever because I'll always see him if needed!”

“I had an appointment this morning. There was a little bit of a wait but that was expected since yesterday was a holiday. But my phlebotomist Robin was absolutely wonderful! She was patient and delicate and for the first time i wasn’t left with a blown vein or bruises. 10/10 recommend that lovely Lady!!”
“The cup I was given for a urine sample was very flimsy. I crushed the cup trying to place the lid on it. Suggest in investing in a more high quality cups for this purpose.”

“Scenery outside the place is so beautiful even though it’s a parking area I feel like it’s a beautiful place to walk into. I love the fact that you sign up online ,you check in parking lot by the time you walk in wait time is a breeze like five minutes. I love it.”
