Nonetheless I had the experience of what comes when you raise your hand. And associate named Natalie graciously help me figure out how to achieve what I came for. “Always friendly, they remember their regular names, that is customer service you don't get in most other places. The guys at the desk are personable, funny, helpful, and professional. They have po boxes, slot to drop mail pre-stamped. They sell packaging products, even tape. Prices are listed, but it can be a bit much, but the staff is helpful. The line can be long at lunch hour, but stop in after 130ish and it's pretty peaceful. Parking lot is easy to get in. Getting out can be rough if your trying to go south (left), but I generally go right and then try to u-turn it just turn at most convenient spot.”

“I have my mailbox at this store. The owner and staff have always been friendly and courteous to me and I've witnessed many customer interactions that were the same. The negative interactions are typically from a customer yelling at the staff usually caused by the customer screwing their own stuff up. I'm confused as to why there's so many bad reviews but I think it's mainly from entitled folks. #1 The UPS store didn't cause the pandemic. #2 The UPS store doesn't control your crappy buying habits that lead to you needing to return your crap back to Amazon. How do I know this? Because I have to stand in line behind you folks every day to get my mail. Buy your own packing tape. Bringing an open package to return that's not taped is like wiping your a** before you go.”
“The woman working was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure my package was shipped as cheaply as possible, and even put cute Christmas stamps on it instead of regular stamps because it was Christmas gifts inside!”
