“This is a wonderful practice. Dr. Sally and her staff are so friendly, caring, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. There are at least 5 vets that are closer to my home but this office is worth the extra drive.”

“I am giving this 5star review based on just 2 phone calls I had with Dr. Robb and his team over a 5yr span for our lol guy Enzo the lilac Boston terrier. He has guided me through his puppy year and now our guy will need surgery typical to BOAS bred animals and we are opting for none other than Dr. Robb. We live all the way in Canada ??..heres to hoping we can get him over that way to finally see/meet dr. Robb and the crew.?? I found him back on 2019 on a you tube post and I knew jusy from hearing that interview that this man is has extreme passion for proper veterinary care..the kind that heals not steals!! Thanks so much for all that you and your team do. ?”

“This puppy was very sick while we were going through CT. on a cross country trip. I had called several vets and Plumtrees squeezed us in at the end of the day. Dr. Baff did the most thorough physical I have ever observed a veterinarian do. He also did appropriate bloodwork and x-rays. Kerlin was also given subcutaneous fluid to prevent dehydration. An antiemetic and an antifungal drug were provided. Kerlin’s gastrointestinal issue improved, and he was his spunky, self within the week.We were fortunate to have found him and his caring staff.”

“We love Dr. Brault and her team at North Wilton Animal Hospital. From our first visit she was attentive, caring, comprehensive and able to provide her expertise in a way that made our dog Boomer and us comfortable. We never feel rushed. She follows up (even with a late night call when warranted). She is careful containing costs where possible. We have weathered injuries, illness, behavioral issues and of course well visits all with Dr. Brault's help.I'll put it like this. I always want a vet who is willing to get down on the floor and play with my pet, provide a calm and expert hand, have the knowledge to diagnose and treat, and the personality that makes friends with animals and humans!”

“A family owned business without the corporate feel. I wrote a tell-all book on human healthcare and could easily pen one veterinarian medicine. There is a healthy sense of caring and honesty here that is often missed at other offices. Highly recommend.”

“Dr. Basak-Smith and the entire team at Monroe Town & Country are incredible. We have been using Dr. Basak-Smith for 18 years and he has treated all of our animals - from cats and dogs and guinea pigs - with the same compassion and care he has for his own animals. My dog had extensive surgeries, including an ACL repair and a splenectomy. His approach is always honest and in the best interest of your fur baby. Our family cannot be more grateful and speak highly enough of the entire team.”

“Dr. Jeff has been a total game-changer for us and our pup dealing with kidney stuff. Seriously, he cares like no other. He's not just a vet; he's a friend who's always there when we need him with questions or concerns. His follow-ups are on point, and his calm vibe is contagious—it's like having a zen master for a vet. Can't thank him enough for being such a rockstar in our dog's corner and for giving us such valuable advice..”

“They help you but you have to bring your ID or something, an ID only if it's a deep cut and you get blood. If they help you quickly, if you go because of a headache or something else, you have to wait.”

“It’s a pretty big clinic that has laser therapy room, X-ray machine, and multiple exam rooms. I loved that tests were able to be taken at the site. Price is transparent. I didn’t have to wait too long to see a vet. Staffs were very kind and friendly. I was worried if I could get med only thru Chewy and that will delay the time for my chihuahua to get his med but they have their own mini pharmacy inside so I was able to pick up medicines right after the examinations.”

“I adopted three dogs from Daws, my husky i adopted 4 years ago october 2019 and than lab mix i adopted 2 months after november 2019. We had just two dogs for about three years and we felt we needed a puppy as my husky was getting older and playing less and we signed up to be fosters in september 2022 and fell in love with our first foster Nala a boxer mix. Daws goes through an extensive search to makesure the adopters are the perfect fit for the pets as some have gone through alot but once you adopt with Daws its easy to adopt again. They are going through construction now and building a new facility.”
