While not expecting to visit a few days in a row with different pets, every visit was transparent in pricing and included no pressure options with best and worst case scenarios for pricing. I appreciated that they understand cost is a factor that keeps many from seeking emergency veterinary care vs waiting until their regular vet opens. They make it easier to choose to treat instead of wait for non life-threatening pet issues.
I also appreciated their triage process. From waiting in the parking lot to grab a crashing animal, to checking non life-threatening pets' vitals to put them in order to be seen, I felt the wait times were reasonable and care was being fairly distributed by need.

“This is a really good veterinary clinic that I would recommend. It's small, quaint and very personal. There were just a couple of things for me that may not bother other people. First, they do not allow you to be in the room while they are examining your pet including blood draws. I literally have separation anxiety from my BooBooKitty as she is truly my baby. I wouldn't allow my child to be examined without me present so I don't like it with my kitty. My kitty is also very anxious when she goes to the vet so having me in the room really helps to calm her. Second, my cat stopped eating after a vaccination they administered. I had to pay for ANOTHER office visit just to get an appetite stimulant which I thought should have been complimentary since the immunization was the sole reason why she wasn't eating. Just things to consider.”

“I have been taking my dogs to Plum Trees for over 15 years and I can’t recommend them enough. The treatment my fur babies get there from Dr. Baff is wonderful. Dr. Baff truly cares about his patients (dogs and cats) and you can see it in how he works with each one of my pups. Also, have to give a shout out to the Admin staff who always do a great job and are always professional, friendly and helpful!”

“Staff are supportive, responsive, helpful, and very understanding. Dr. Fanning helped uncover the unfortunate existence of cancer in my poor Maddie. The staff were so kind and gentle with me, especially in helping me say good-bye to my sweet girl. Options were explained to me and I was supported in my decision to let Maddie go. I couldn't have had a better experience with such a terrible circumstance.”

“What a wonderful staff! We worked with Dr. Bolton, Sam S. and Daniel, and they were absolutely fantastic. They provided great insight, communicated clearly, and made the entire experience feel calm and reassuring.

Our dog is reactive in a vet setting (a butt head really), and we came in for boosters and a nail trim. They handled everything so smoothly and professionally that I left genuinely speechless and shocked at how quickly they were able to get everything done. It was one of the fastest and least stressful vet visits we’ve ever had with our dog, Murphy.

“We've had to use Guardian a few times over the years, but last week really motivated me to leave this 5 Star review.

We were out of town and had someone staying at the house to take care of our dog. Late one night, her breathing became erratic to the point it worried our sitter. She called Guardian who instructed her to come in. They also asked her to call us to let us know and to get some permissions/questions answered (like do we have a DNR on our dog).

Once they arrived, a doctor almost immediately came out to see our Bailey. After concluding she was just being a bulldog (IYKYK), they took the time to comfort our sitter and had her stay until she was comfortable to drive back home.

The fact that they did not charge us for this is grateful, but the care they showed for both our 12 year old puppy and our dog sitter was incredible.

I can't recommend Guardian enough.

“My 13 year old labradoodle had two cysts on her upper eyelid. Dr. L removed them twice cauterizing them, to avoid cutting. They grew back a third time and were big. He did surgery ri cut them out and the result is perfect. Lily was comfortable, not anxious, and now has her eyelid back to normal.”

“I just wanted to say that I had the best experience yesterday at Bethel Veterinarian Hospital considering what I was there for. I called them yesterday around 3:30 p.m. with a request to get an urgent appointment for my Canary. They were able to get me in by 4:10 p.m. It's so difficult finding Veterinarians that will look at birds. Already I was very happy that they could get me in. Once I got there though the secretaries were very kind and I'm sorry I don't know the terms, but the vet tech was very kind and understanding. She didn't make me feel crazy for coming in for a little bird. Also I want to say how kind the vet, Aubrey Fitch was. She didn't make me feel crappy about anything that was going on with Brownie. She was kind to my Brownie and treated Brownie as any animal lover would treat any other pet. I believe she was honest with me. I also like how upfront everybody was about the pricing of everything. Brownie was not in good shape, but she made it through the night and I'm hoping that whenever she's going through, we can get through this.
