I visited Victoria Secret first and it was no good, service was very lukewarm (cold to be honest) and had a member of staff even open a drawer into my ankle because she couldn't wait for me to finish looking first. Decided they didn't want my business, so so glad I stepped into this Soma instead. I was in desperate need of a remeasure and some new bras, and they had a lovely very elegant and classy selection. The employee measured me as wearing 42D, but only had three bras in that size, none of which were a good fit. My mother wears a 34D and she tried on several bras without really liking any, but bought one because the employee spent so much time helping us.”

“I stopped in on a whim looking for a last-minute dress for a dinner tonight, not really expecting to find anything. From the moment I walked in, Ana was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. She took one look at me and immediately pulled out a dress she said would look amazing… and she was right! It fit me like a glove and made me feel incredible. She even held it aside for me while I ran home to grab my shoes to see what worked best. When I came back, she remembered me right away, helped me figure out my shoe situation, and was just so patient, supportive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. The dress itself was under $100, beautiful quality, and something I’ll be able to wear on many occasions. I can’t recommend this shop enough. Ana has a wonderful eye and makes you feel so comfortable and confident. Her mom is a sweetheart too!”

Found several really cute tops and, lucky me, there was a great sale going on (50% off!). Sales ladies were fabulous, helpful & informative. Absolutely love going into the Banana Republic store inside Danbury Fair Mall because I can try things on, see all options and with any luck find a wonderful clearance sale or two on a weekly basis. One thing has definitely change, bring back the REALLY GOOD CLEARANCE SALES PLEASE. Staff has changed a lot over the years, used to know all associates by name & they knew mine as well. I do miss the kind and friendly staff they had there prior to Covid. Perhaps with this post you have received some positive feedback from someone who knows and purchases your products weekly.
